This was our fourth stay at Hotel Tirolensis – once again, a wonderful holiday. The renovations turned out fantastic. The pool is absolutely beautiful, and the entire wellness area is top. The whole team is incredibly friendly, and the all-inclusive concept was excellent. We felt completely at home and will definitely be coming back. Congratulations – it has become truly stunning!
We stayed at Hotel Tirolensis for the third time, and we can wholeheartedly recommend it. The hotel’s location is absolutely stunning. The food – both breakfast and dinner – leaves nothing to be desired. The staff are exceptionally friendly and attentive, making you feel truly at home. The junior manager Peter’s wine recommendations are always informative and interesting, and the wines themselves are a true delight every time.
Simply a dream! From the very first moment, we felt completely at home at Hotel Tirolensis. The entire team is incredibly warm and attentive – you can immediately tell that true hospitality is a top priority here. The food – both breakfast and the evening menu – was a real highlight every single day. The location, nestled in the South Tyrolean vineyards, is wonderfully peaceful – perfect for relaxation, yet also ideal for day trips.
Our room was very clean, cozy, and offered a fantastic view.

Our stay at Tirolensis was wonderful. A modern, lovingly managed hotel that left nothing to be desired. The service was very attentive, and the wellness area was a dream. The food was excellent. We also really liked the all-inclusive concept.
A wonderful hotel with extremely friendly and attentive staff – you feel instantly comfortable and welcome. The new wellness area is absolutely stunning! Steam bath, bio sauna, and Finnish sauna, plus freshly made scrubs that change daily, and a beautiful relaxation room – simply perfect. We’ll be more than happy to come back.
From the warm welcome at reception to the friendly and attentive staff throughout, the excellent food, the cleanliness, and the newly renovated wellness area – everything was simply a pleasure to enjoy! We were lucky to spend five wonderful days here and will gladly return.

Your room will be ready for you from 2:00 pm. If you arrive earlier, you are welcome to leave your luggage at the reception.
Our free parking is right in front of the hotel – ensuring maximum convenience and security. For even more comfort, our new underground garage (for a fee) will soon be available. So your holiday will start stress-free, and everything will be just as it should be.
Yes. You can charge your e-car with us for 0.50 cents per kilowatt hour.
We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11:00. Afterwards, you are warmly invited to enjoy our wellness area until 7:00 pm.
Your four-legged friend is also very welcome here! Please note the following guidelines:
- we charge € 25.00 per night per dog, without food.
- we kindly ask for your understanding that dogs are not allowed in the restaurant/terrace (during meal times), garden, pool/wellness area.
- our housekeeping team would appreciate it if you bring a blanket or a basket for the room.
In the event of a cancellation, we ask you to inform us in writing in advance.
The Italian consumer protection code does not cover a right of withdrawal. However, we apply the following conditions to cancellation:
- Cancellation up to 8 days before arrival is free of charge; your deposit will be fully refunded.
- For 7 to 4 days before departure, the fee is 50% of the total stay price
- For 3 to 2 days before departure, the fee is 80% of the total stay price
- From 2 days before the start of the trip, in the event of no-show or early departure, 100% of the stay price will be charged
If you need to cancel your stay due to unforeseen regulations (e.g., border closures), we offer free cancellation up to one day before your planned arrival. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
Our kitchen team will be happy to prepare tasty and individually tailored dishes for you upon request.
You will find our wellness bag and bathrobes already in your room upon arrival.For the sake of the environment, we have decided not to include bathing slippers in the bag and recommend that you bring your own from home. If you forget them, you can pick some up at the reception.
Yes, all our prices include the use of our pools and the entire wellness area.
Yes, we charge € 20.00 per person per day.
You are welcome to store your bicycles in our garage.
